Position Summary
Perform phlebotomy on patients in a clinical setting at the Regional Pathology Services ( RPS ).
Responsible for all duties related to processing and result reporting of outreach laboratory specimens while adhering to departmental identification policies. Provides extensive client service communication with RPS customers, including managing information about patient specimens.

Knowledge of medical terminology, Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and flexibility. Knowledge of phlebotomy protocols, compliance, and safety. Proficient in collecting blood by venipuncture and capillary techniques.

Healthcare or Biological Sciences.
Preferred Experience:
Phlebotomy in outreach laboratory setting, Proficient in collecting urine drug screen collections, alcohol testing, paternity collections.
