Job summary

Inizio Engage, a partner in healthcare engagement, seeks a frontline specialist to provide telephonic and virtual support to identified clients, patients and healthcare professionals. The role centers on delivering accurate drug and device information and guiding participants through education and support programs.

Candidates should hold a PharmD with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption.
• Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse.
• Ability to work both independently and within a group setting.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completely and accurately document Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints following guidelines.
• Conduct study compliance calls to volunteers in clinical/medical trials.
• Enroll participants in educational seminars and Patient Support Programs.
• Provide patient support to patients in Patient Support Programs.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards and adhere to scripts and guidelines.
• Capture information accurately in program databases and manage multiple projects.
