Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a frontline specialist to deliver virtual or telephonic support to clients, patients, and healthcare professionals. The role provides drug/medical information in a compliant manner and supports clinical study activities.

The successful candidate will document requests, participate in educational seminars, and uphold privacy per HIPAA. A PharmD license and healthcare experience are preferred, with a focus on empathy and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Current US healthcare professional license: PharmD.
• At least one year of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Document Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints per guidelines.
• Conduct study compliance calls with volunteers in clinical/medical research trials.
• Enroll participants in educational seminars and provide patient support.
• Assist patients in Patient Support Programs and manage data in program databases.
• Maintain quality and productivity per client programs and adhere to scripts.
