• Supports literature searches and medical file maintenance per MI standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical and scientific inquiries via phone, email, and web portal in line with SOPs and SLAs.
• Triage calls and manage inquiries from receipt through closure in MI tracking system/CRM.
• Develop medically accurate written responses and FAQs using approved content and corporate style.
