Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Medical Information professional to support the MICC team, delivering timely, scientifically balanced information to healthcare professionals, patients, and payers. You will assess requests, research literature, and document adverse events, contributing to drug safety and product quality across multiple clients and products.

The role requires clinical knowledge and strong communication skills, with on-going collaboration with QA, Regulatory Affairs, and client teams.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical and healthcare background with ability to interpret and communicate medical information clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a contact center.

Responsibilities

• Respond to unsolicited medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and payers.
• Research and evaluate medical literature to create accurate responses.
• Document adverse events and product complaints during interactions.
• Handle requests across multiple channels (phone, email, CRM, chat).
• Coordinate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments for product quality issues.
