Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT or healthcare operations.
• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• IT certifications may be required as needed by Virtua Health.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain medical imaging and clinical applications within the Virtua Health System.
• Assist with optimization and testing of scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades.
• Provide technical and functional application analysis and ensure data integrity and cybersecurity compliance.
• Provide on‑call 24x7 support and ServiceNow ticket triage as needed.
