Qualifications

• 2–4 years IT or healthcare operations related experience.
• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• Epic Cupid and medical imaging systems experience is a plus, with HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain medical imaging and clinical applications within Virtua Health.
• Assist with vendor releases, system upgrades, and defect fixes.
• Provide technical/functional analysis and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor ServiceNow queue and coordinate with IT and clinical staff.
• Adhere to cybersecurity and HIPAA policies.
