Job summary

Virtua Health seeks an IT professional to support medical imaging and clinical applications across Cardiology, Radiology and Neurology. You will develop, test, and implement scheduled vendor upgrades and system upgrades while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include daily support, troubleshooting, collaborating with clinicians and IT teams, and maintaining documentation and change control.

Qualifications

• At least 2–4 years of experience in IT or healthcare operations related field.
• Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• IT certifications may be required; if Epic certification is required, obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Proficient with MS Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assists with day‑to‑day support of medical imaging and clinical applications, including error management and troubleshooting.
• Understand and document business needs; collaborate on IT solutions.
• Build new technical functionality with guidance; support vendor releases and system upgrades.
• Ensure changes follow change management procedures and maintain documentation.
• Provide on‑call 24x7 support as needed.
