Carestream Health is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Boston to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain X-ray imaging equipment at hospital and imaging centers. You will manage customer relationships, generate service revenue, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, often traveling overnight and supported by a company vehicle and gear.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent with related experience.
• 2+ years in diagnostic imaging or 4+ years in electronics, preferably in a field service role.
• Strong PC and networking knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, and network issues.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Own customer relationships with pro-active visits.
• Provide timely communications to customers and stakeholders regarding issues.
• Escalate issues as needed and meet commitments.
• Generate revenue growth by offering solutions within the service portfolio.
• Perform PMs, FCOs, installations and related tasks.
