Job summary

Carestream Health is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Colorado to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain x-ray imaging equipment at hospital and imaging centers. You will manage customer relationships, generate service revenue, and ensure regulatory compliance while traveling within the territory.

A company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone are provided, with an annual incentive plan and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent
• 4+ years in diagnostic imaging or 6+ years in electronics
• PC competency and Microsoft Office
• Ability to read schematics and site drawings
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain X-ray imaging equipment at customer sites
• Generate service revenue and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage customer relationships with proactive visits
• Escalate issues and communicate with stakeholders
• Perform PMs, installations, and remote diagnostics when needed
