Carestream is a global provider of medical imaging systems and solutions, servicing hospitals and imaging centers. The Field Service Engineer role is based in the Phoenix, AZ area and involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining X-ray imaging equipment, CT scanners, and related hospital devices.

The position includes a company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone, with potential overnight travel. US work authorization is required. Home office-based field service with travel within territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnostic imaging or electronics field service.
• Ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair medical imaging equipment.
• Experience with networks, PCs and basic software tools.
• Ability to read schematics and site drawings.
• Strong organization, multitasking and autonomous work skills.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility with customers through proactive visits.
• Provide timely communications on equipment issues to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency.
• Generate revenue growth by offering service portfolio solutions.
