Carestream Health is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Colorado to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain X-ray imaging equipment at hospital and imaging center sites. You will manage customer relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service revenue while traveling as needed.

The role includes a company-provided vehicle, laptop, and cell phone, with duties that may require overnight stays and home-office work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent; required for field servicing.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and service Carestream X-ray imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Manage customer relationships and generate service revenue.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain equipment at hospitals and imaging centers.
• Complete PMs, installs, and related service documentation on time.
• Provide remote support and on-site service as needed.
