Siemens Healthineers in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer 2 to install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on customer-site imaging equipment.

You will manage the territory's financial performance, provide operator training for optimal system performance, and maintain strong customer relationships while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with tools and service test equipment and able to work individually or in a team.
• Proficient with network applications/tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM CS website—Engineer Tools).
• 3+ years as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Provide timely and effective repairs and train operators for optimal system performance.
• Manage territory finances, revenue, expenses, and inventory; maintain company assets.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers; perform necessary admin duties.
