Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer II to service CT imaging equipment in the Pittsburgh, PA area. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years as a medical technologist or field service engineer, strong customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
Proficiency with tools and service test equipment.
Proficiency in network applications and tools: eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Engineer Tools.
3–5+ years as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
Deliver timely and effective repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Manage territory financial performance, including revenue, expenses and inventory, and maintain company assets (car, phone, computer, tools).
