Requirements include a high school diploma (associates preferred), proficiency with test equipment and network tools, and 3–5+ years in biomedical service or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with service tools and test equipment; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency with network applications and tools including eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM CS portal.
• 3–5+ years as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

• Service AX/XP Imaging Equipment in Palo Alto, CA; install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage territory financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and inventory.
• Maintain company assets (car, phone, computer, tools, inventory parts) and administrative duties.
