Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer to service diagnostic imaging equipment in the Los Angeles, CA area. You will install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision to ensure top system performance and customer satisfaction.

You'll develop strong relationships with customers, manage resources and participate in administrative duties while driving revenue and operating budget within your territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment for diagnostic instrumentation.
• Experience servicing diagnostic medical imaging equipment; strong customer relations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to drive day and night.

Responsibilities

• Service imaging equipment in the Los Angeles, CA area with role level based on experience.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Deliver timely repairs and training of operators to ensure optimal system performance and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage territory financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.
• Maintain company assets (car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts) and perform administrative duties accurately.
