Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Customer Service Engineer II to install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Angiography/X-ray imaging equipment at customer sites. You will deliver operator training and ensure optimal system performance with minimal supervision.

You must have strong customer service skills, experience with diagnostic imaging equipment, and the ability to manage assets and budgets within your territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with tools and service test equipment; able to work both independently and in a team.
• Experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on imaging equipment.
• Deliver operator training to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage territory budget, expenses and inventory control.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers; perform necessary administrative duties.
