Complete Care ER in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Medical Front Office Receptionist for weekend days (7am-7pm). You will greet patients, handle registrations, verify insurance, and coordinate with care teams to ensure a smooth visit.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in medical insurance verification and 2–3 years in medical customer service, with a HS diploma or GED and MS Office/EMR experience. BLS certification is required within 60 days.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of medical insurance verification experience.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience in the medical field.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association within sixty (60) days from start date.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with MS Office, EMR/EPM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in-person and over the phone, registration, and inquiries
• Verify patient insurance and demographic information accurately
• Provide strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Collect necessary paperwork and coordinate with various departments for patient care
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient questions or issues
