NextCare Urgent Care in Sherman, TX is seeking a Medical Front Office Receptionist to join a fast-paced clinic team. You will greet patients, manage registrations, and support daily front desk operations.

The role involves inputting patient data into the EMR, verifying insurance, processing deposits and receipts, and maintaining a welcoming reception area while delivering friendly service. Two years of front office experience in a medical setting and a high school diploma are required.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in registration or front office in a physician's office, hospital emergency department, and/or urgent care setting.
• Typing and computer proficiency in Windows-based software.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain personal and insurance data from the patient and input information into the EMR system.
• Monitors patient flow and places patients into rooms as needed.
• Completes insurance forms for registration to ensure proper reimbursement.
• Prepares daily deposits and daily statistical information.
• Answers telephone with quality customer service and maintains a clean front reception area.
• Manages patient appointments scheduled via the NextCare website.
