NextCare Urgent Care is seeking an energetic Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our fast-paced team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, manage registrations, coordinate with back office, and handle daily deposits and communications with care and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of front office experience in healthcare, strong multi-tasking and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum two years in registration or front office in a physician's office, hospital ED or urgent care.
• Skills: Ability to multi-task, provide quality customer service, prioritize and think critically.

Responsibilities

• Obtain personal and insurance data and input into EMR.
• Monitor patient flow and room assignments.
• Complete insurance forms for registration for proper reimbursement.
• Prepare daily deposits, reconciliations and statistics.
• Maintain front office supplies and functioning equipment.
• Answer phones with quality customer service.
• Keep waiting area and restrooms clean and presentable.
