Job summary

NorthStar Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a Front Desk/Receptionist to greet patients, schedule appointments, take payments, and manage records. The role supports both patients and referring physicians, ensuring smooth check-ins and accurate data handling.

The ideal candidate will be organized, courteous, and comfortable handling confidential information, with a focus on patient comfort and service quality. Monday–Friday, with possible Saturday shifts, on-site in Fort Worth.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting patients and answering inquiries.
• Ability to schedule appointments and maintain schedules.
• Comfort patients and maintain reception area and records.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
• Optimizes patient satisfaction by scheduling appointments and keeping on schedule.
• Maintains patient accounts by recording and updating personal and financial information.
• Processes payments and handles charges and third-party claims as needed.
• Protects patient confidentiality and follows policies and procedures.
