Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging, LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Scheduler to support our Rosedale location. The role is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities include scheduling diagnostic exams, assisting with authorizations and verifications, and accurate data entry. The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in a medical office and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting.
• Experience with authorizations and insurance verification required.
• Ability to manage high patient volume with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures.
• Assist with authorizations and verifications; verify insurance.
• Check in/out patients and handle multiple phone lines.
• Provide accurate information to billing and ensure patient data accuracy.
• Process requests and file patient records.
