Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for our Mechanicsburg, PA location. This full-time role, working Monday to Friday with some evenings, handles front desk duties and supports both patient and business needs at a busy outpatient physical therapy center.

The position includes greeting patients, scheduling visits, handling insurance-related tasks, and collecting co-pays. Recent front desk experience and a High School diploma or GED are required, with healthcare exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and next appointment at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys' offices, insurance companies, translation services, operational leaders and the business development team.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary/ 3 evenings until 7pm per week)

Compensation: $18.00/hour
