Select Medical in Englewood, CO is hiring a Patient Service Specialist to manage front desk duties and patient flow. This full-time role supports both patient care and center operations, with a weekday schedule and compensation of $19.00–$20.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and relevant front desk or healthcare experience. The position includes benefits for full-time staff, opportunity to grow in outpatient settings, and daily interactions with patients, payers, and care

Qualifications

• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit and next appointment.

• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance providers, translation services, operational leaders and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and handle insurance authorizations and verifications.

Type of Employment:Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday

Compensation:$19.00 - $20.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• 1 Year Front Desk experience
• Healthcare experience
