Job summary

Talentify on Cape Cod seeks a PRN Patient Service Specialist to greet, register, and assist patients at multiple locations. You’ll manage front-desk duties, schedule appointments, and coordinate with insurers and attorneys as needed.

In this role, you’ll handle co-pays, verify benefits, and support business operations while ensuring a positive patient experience in outpatient PT centers across Dennis, Yarmouth, and nearby locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Insurance verification experience preferred.
• Scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and next appointment as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

• Home Clinic: 485 Route 134, South Dennis, MA

Type of Employment: PRN/Per diem (as needed)

Schedule: Weekdays - Varies

Compensation: $18 to $20/hour (Pending experience)

As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and business side of our center.
