Job summary

Select Medical in Bullhead City, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Patient Service Specialist to greet patients, register them, and support front-desk operations at our outpatient physical therapy center.

You will handle scheduling, collect co-pays, verify insurance, and communicate with attorneys, insurers, and our care team to ensure a smooth patient experience during each visit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of medical office experience required.
• Front desk experience preferred.

Position:Patient Service Specialist

Location:2290 S HWY 95 Suite 380, Bullhead City AZ 86442

Type of Employment: Part Time

Schedule:Weekdays, Monday through Friday

Compensation:$18.00 - $20.00/hour

When patients enter our outpatient physical therapy centers, we want them to have an exceptional experience – starting at the front desk. That’s where you come in. As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center.
