Position: Patient Service Specialist

Location: Bangor, ME

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays - 40 hours/week

Compensation: Starting at $18/hour (Pending experience)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and their next appointment as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Maintain regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies, and translation companies, as well as market operational leaders and the business development team.
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
