Overview

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Location: Bangor, ME

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays - 40 hours/week

Compensation: Starting at $18/hour (Pending experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register patients, providing information about their visit and next appointment during check-out
  • Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
  • Maintain regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, operational leaders, and the business development team
  • Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
