Qualifications

• Supervises front office and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office and administrative staff.
• Assist with billing and care coordination for patients at the clinic.
• Document patient payments in ledger, balance petty cash and make bank deposits daily.
• Coordinate coverage when front office staff are absent; implement standard work.
• Ensure patient services are efficient and clerical support is provided.
• Assist with patient registration/check-in and verify demographics, insurance, and paperwork.
• Train and evaluate staff and provide HR input as needed.
• Explain billing policies to patients and refer uninsured patients as required.
• Schedule new and return appointments and guide patients through registration.
• Maintain waiting room readability and keep patient charts and test results organized.
