Job summary

The Vancouver Clinic, Inc. P.S. is seeking a Front Desk Representative for its Gateway Two team in Vancouver, WA.

The role focuses on patient reception, payment collection, insurance data gathering, and scheduling, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.37 per hour, depending on experience. Ideal candidates have at least one year of medical front office or customer service experience, strong phone and keyboarding skills, and a positive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
• Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets patients and families in a courteous manner.
• Collects co-pays and processes payments.
• Obtains and completes insurance information and verifies details.
• Answers phone calls and directs inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Schedules and coordinates appointments and maintains the appointment calendar.
