Metro Vein Centers is seeking a patient-focused Patient Service Representative to support front desk operations in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. This role goes beyond a traditional receptionist, handling check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and front-office coordination.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and experience in medical front desk work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in a medical front desk, healthcare scheduling, or outpatient setting preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients throughout the day.
• Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays or balances.
• Manage EMR scheduling and patient documentation.
• Support clinic flow alongside providers and staff.
• Assist patients with billing questions, referrals, and appointment updates.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.
