• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors at the front desk.
• Check-in patients and ensure admitting process is efficient.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Schedule appointments per office guidelines.
• Obtain and collect copays and deductibles at time of service.
• Copy/scan patient documents into the EMR system.
