Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, forward to appropriate personnel, and manage messages.
• Register patients in Epic, verify demographics, and collect co-pays.
• Assist with MyChart signup and activation; respond to patient inquiries.
• Schedule patient appointments and prepare daily routes for registration.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality per policies; maintain lobby area.
• Process payments and balance cash drawer; daily closing and petty cash.
