Optima Medical, a Phoenix-based medical group, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. You will verify insurance, collect balances, answer phones, and schedule appointments, delivering friendly, accurate service to patients.

The role requires at least 1 year in medical front office or customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic. HS diploma or GED is required; EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications
