United Digestive in Gainesville, GA, seeks a friendly Front Desk Representative to greet patients, collect co-pays, and coordinate check-in/check-out for our gastroenterology clinic. You will support clinical staff and ensure accurate patient records while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 2–3 years in a specialty clinic, and proficiency with Greenway and Microsoft Office. Experience in gastroenterology is preferred; training provided as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; CMA preferred.
• 2–3 years of specialty clinic experience; gastroenterology experience preferred.
• Proficient computer literacy; able to operate Greenway and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors, manage check-in/check-out procedures and direct to appropriate areas.
• Collect co-payments and outstanding balances; manage patient payments.
• Prepare and file patient charts; update patient profiles and ensure accuracy of information.
• Provide necessary forms (HIPAA, releases) and assist patients with completion and signatures.
• Inform clinical staff of patient arrivals and coordinate flow to minimize wait times.
• Answer emails/voicemails and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
