Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of medical front desk/administrative experience.
• Knowledge of health insurance processes and CPT/ICD coding preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy clinic.
• HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer questions.
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars.
• Register patients and update demographics and financial information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and referrals.
• Process payments and collect copays.
• Maintain patient records and data entry.
• Coordinate communications with staff and providers.
• Provide excellent patient service and support daily operations.
• Prepare daily reports and assist in billing tasks.
