The Office of Dr. Reese, a division of Summit Medical Group, is looking for a Multi-Duty Receptionist to join a growing team in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate should have medical terminology or prior medical office experience and be professional and friendly with patients and families.

This is a Full-time opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package and responsibilities including patient check-in, registration, scheduling, and front-d desk duties.

Responsabilidades

• Answers phone calls in a professional manner and assists caller’s needs.
• Greets patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Checks-in patients, verifies information in medical records, and collects copays/balances.
• Assists patients with ambulatory difficulties and provides customer service.
• Schedules appointments, handles referrals and pre-certifications.
• Files charts and coordinates lab work and mail.
