Job summary

ELM Management Services, on behalf of Legacy Brain and Spine, seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to manage patient flow through check-in and check-out while delivering outstanding customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include triaging patients, greeting and verifying insurance, collecting copays, scheduling, and coordinating communications between patients and the office. Spanish is a plus; familiarity with EHR systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Spanish speaking is a plus; experience with EHR systems is preferred.
• 1 year clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out, collect copays, verify insurance, and prepare charts.
• Schedule appointments, referrals, and verify prescriptions as needed.
• Triages patients to be seen by providers and relays patient needs to staff.
• Communicate effectively with patients and administration; respond to calls, emails, and faxes promptly.
