Qualifications
1 year clinical experience preferred.
Willingness to cross-train on all other clinical responsibilities.
Experience using eClinicalWorks or other EHR system preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage clinic patient flow through check in and out process.
Communicate directly with patients and their needs.
Greet patients, check in, collect copay, and verify insurance.
Assist patients to vehicle when necessary.
Answer all calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner.
