Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments with accuracy.
• Verify insurance and handle patient registration.
• Balance co-pay money and daily/weekly deposits.
• Support front-office operations and serve as a resource for colleagues.
• Assist with limited coding and charge entry as needed.
