Qualifications

• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and take vitals, manage visits and triage phone calls.
• Prepare exam rooms between patient visits.
• Obtain prior authorizations for visits, prescriptions, and procedures.
• Assist in referrals and scheduling processes.
• Prepare medical charts, import medications from pharmacy, and document pre-visit forms.
• Administer vaccines.
• Schedule new and established patients as needed.
• Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare staff over the phone.
• Monitor EMR workflows and office processes.
• Adapt in a busy office to maintain care standards.
