Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience and efficient office operations. This part-time day-shift role supports patient care and administration in a fast-paced clinic.

You will welcome patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, process payments, and assist with MyChart and records. A friendly, patient-focused attitude and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; ages 15–17 may qualify with work permit.
• 1–2 years of medical/physician office or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
• Check in patients and verify registration and insurance.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phones and route messages.
• Collect payments and assist with billing processes.
• Assist with patient communications, paperwork and MyChart support.
• Maintain patient records and support day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff for a smooth patient experience.
