Qualifications

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check-in patients and provide courteous, professional service.
• Receive payments and assist with daily operations.
• Guide new patients through intake process and documentation.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to support intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support and manage patient accounts.
