Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, perform client intakes, and schedule appointments.
• Enter clinical information into TEAM software and respond to member questions.
• Provide information about TEAM services and assist with crises when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations and state/federal laws.
• Coordinate with management on trainings and outreach to stakeholders.
• Conduct client follow-ups and gather participant feedback.
• Support promotional activities and special projects as assigned.
