• Proficient in EHR/PM systems and MS Office
• Reliable, detail-oriented, multitask

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk check-in/out
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Collect copays and provide receipts
• Maintain patient demographics in the EHR/PM
• Coordinate with insurance for claims/issues
• Collaborate with clinical and billing teams
• Follow HIPAA compliance and protect PHI
