FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Colorado Springs and Peyton, CO, is seeking a Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to float between Briargate and Peyton clinics. You’ll be the welcoming face, handling check-ins, scheduling, and insurance verification.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, Patient Service Representative, or similar healthcare position.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy medical office.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and appointment scheduling software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional, friendly, and dependable approach to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and adapt to different clinic environments.
• Previous medical insurance verification and benefits experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a warm, professional experience.
• Manage patient check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate provider schedules to support efficient clinic operations.
• Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and patient eligibility.
• Accurately collect copays, patient balances, and other payments.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR system.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinical teams.
• Float between Briargate–Colorado Springs and Peyton locations as needed.
