Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator for a full-time float position supporting the Briargate–Colorado Springs and Peyton clinics. You will be the welcoming face, handling front-desk operations and patient interactions.

Expect a busy, varied day with opportunities for growth. Salary ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities and strong benefits in a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, Patient Service Representative, or similar healthcare position.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy medical office.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and appointment scheduling software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional, friendly and dependable patient care approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm, professional experience.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate and optimize provider schedules for efficient clinic operations.
• Verify insurance coverage, benefits and patient eligibility.
• Accurately collect copays, patient balances and other payments.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR system.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers and clinic teams.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front office.
• Float between Briargate–Colorado Springs and Peyton locations as needed.
