Job summary

DYNAMIC Pain & Wellness is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist at our Florida offices. You will be the first impression for patients, handling check-ins and maintaining a warm, professional environment.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, processing appointments, ensuring a clean lobby, and supporting the clinical team. Some travel to nearby locations is required; Kareo EMR familiarity is a plus, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a physician's office or clinical setting preferred.
• Experience with Kareo EMR preferred.
• Willingness to travel to nearby locations.
