Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of administrative support experience in a medical environment preferred.
• Knowledge of health insurance processes (pre-authorization, insurance verification, CPT/ICD coding) preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
