Qualifications

• Three or more years of field service experience, preferably with medical devices or healthcare equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Umano Medical equipment at customer sites.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic failures.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and hospital safety requirements.
• Manage service inventory, tools, and replacement parts.
